* Apex Home Management will furnish 1” MERV 11 HVAC filters, Owners may provide higher MERV filter if they desire. Specialty filters, such as pleated 4” filters or Hepa filters may be extra (material cost only)

Home Owner Walkthrough

Upon membership enrollment, Apex Home Management will perform a walkthrough of your home along side you. Together, we’ll walk your home to curate home maintenance plan specifically for you and answer any questions or concerns you may have. The walkthrough is a great opportunity to discuss any home related issues or concerns you may have.

Home Maintenance Plan

Once initial walkthrough has been completed we will provide you with follow up report including maintenance plan and scheduling for the next 12 months. We will also provide feedback and suggestions on any questions or concerns raised during the walkthrough with action plans.

Maintenance Visits

Maintenance visits will be scheduled and communicated ahead of time for confirmation. Annual services will be performed throughout the first 12 months and seasonally, as applicable. Following each maintenance visit Home Owners will be provided with a written follow-up report describing maintenance items performed along with any additional observations and recommendations noted during the visit.
