Founded by Dan Henry, a residential construction professional with 20+ years of construction experience. Serving as Director of Construction in the residential construction industry, Dan oversaw new construction & renovations of all types, from large multi-family condos, luxury custom homes, spec homes, and renovations & additions. Through this experience Dan worked closely with new home owners & clients and understood the need of sharing home building & maintenance knowledge with others.

After years in residential construction, Dan saw homeowners struggling to keep up with maintenance and diagnosing & fixing home related issues.
