Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled with 30 day written notice. Cancelled plans will forgo future scheduled maintenance visits.

We can assist, commercial spaces will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and custom tailored maintenance plans will be made accordingly.

Yes, membership plans may be paused, however future scheduled service visits will be pushed to future dates by the same duration of the membership pause.

Anytime! No need to wait until your next schedule maintenance visit to discuss a question or concern you may have. Subject to availability, but we can usually schedule a consultation within 5 business days of your request.

Depending on membership level and maintenance plan, we will typically visit your home quarterly for maintenance service. You home specific maintenance plan will outline all planned visits.

Busy, traveling or have other priorities? No problem, we’ll gather access information from you so you can be free to do the things you need to.

At this time, Apex Home Management cannot guarantee immediate emergency responses, however we can assist on a case-by-case basis depending on availability & nature of the emergency. Emergency vendor referrals will be included in your maintenance plan should an unfortunate emergency arise that constitutes emergency response.
